InGaAs Linear Image Sensor

Product Description:

Precision Micro-Optics provides both Cooled InGaAs Linear Image Sensor and Uncooled InGaAs Linear Image Sensor.

The sensors are sensitive in the standard InGaAs spectral range of 0.9 – 1.7 µm. The pixel operability is > 99% and the quantum efficiency is > 70% at 1550 nm.

Other Key applications include NIR spectroscopy, Agricultural sorting, optical coherence tomography (OCT), NIR scanners, semiconductor inspection, and process monitoring.
